Casa Peonia is a holiday home located below Montecarlo on the Lucca side. You can walk up to the village via small side paths. There is a small grocery shop and a pizzeria within walking distance.

The end-terrace house is situated in a quiet one-way street with a view of the vineyards of Montecarlo and the medieval village.

Casa Peonia is spread over three floors. On the ground floor, besides the living room, there is the fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, a small bathroom and the laundry room. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bedroom with bunk beds and a small balcony with a wonderful view over the pool and the vineyards. On the lower floor is the cool taverna, there is a room with a 1.20 m wide sofa bed and a room with fireplace and dining table.

From the tavern you come out onto the back terrace and garden. A large dining table with barbecue is at guests’ disposal and the pool (5×3 m) is private. The pool is above ground, but the garden is on two levels, so you can get directly into the pool from one side. From there you have a breathtaking view over the vineyards. There is private parking for guests in the fully fenced garden.

Casa Peonia is the perfect holiday home for those who want to explore Tuscany but also want to relax in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside and live the real Italian life.
