Villino Annalisa

Villino Annalisa is a beautiful house built entirely of stone, located in the green countryside not too far from the beautiful city of Lucca. The house is located in a  sole position and  offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and the valley below. The town of Coreglia Antelminelli is only 1 km away and can be reached  by foot.

A few meters from the house is the prefabricated oval swimming pool, slightly raised and accessible via a wooden staircase. From here, guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.

In front of the house from the front door there is a comfortable space, equipped with six chairs, a table and a large parasol, where guests can sit down to eat outside. Next to  the villa there is an apartment for the exclusive use of the owners, well divided by a wooden fence.

The front door leads directly into the living room. The living area with stone walls and beautiful ceilings with exposed wooden beams is a very warm and comfortable room. It is furnished with a comfortable three-seater sofa, an armchair, a decorative fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Through a door leads to the kitchen and a beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor.

The beautiful, modern kitchen is equipped with everything you may need such as an oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge with separate freezer compartment. On one side there is a wooden dining table with six seats. The kitchen window overlooks the beautiful valley. From the kitchen you enter a small “closet” room with a comfortable armchair and a stool. In a corner there is a washing machine and a freezer. On the left there is a large bathroom with a shower.

Going up the stairs, on the left, we find a nice double room with a wooden double bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes hanger. (on request the double bed can be replaced by two single beds) The ceiling of the room is made of wooden beams and a small skylight on the roof. Then there is a small window from which you can enjoy a splendid panorama. This bedroom does not have a door, but the privacy of the guests is guaranteed by a separè that descends from the ceiling to the ground.

On  the right  side from  the staircase there  is a double bedroom with two beds, a chest of drawers and a large wooden wardrobe. The window of this room overlooks the pool area.

The oval shaped pool measures 5 x 3 meters and 1.20 meters deep and can be used from May to September, weather permitting. At the edge of the pool, available to guests, comfortable sunbeds and a parasol.
