Case Poggio is the ideal holiday home for large families or friends who want to spend their holidays together. It is perfect for those who want to experience nature. Case Poggio is located in a very quiet position, among the mountains of Garfagnana.

The detached stone house is spread over 2 floors, with potentially 4 flats, so there is plenty of privacy between the guests of Case Poggio. Each flat has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, wooden floor and exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, which adds a lot of cosiness to the holiday home. The two flats on the ground floor are connected by a door and the two upper flats are connected by a staircase.

Case Poggio offers enough space for 14 guests. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens with fireplace living room and an outdoor terrace with a large dining table. The first and second floors are accessed through an entrance at the top of the garden. From there you come to the 4 double bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens with fireplace living room and a balcony with a large dining table. Guests have access to Wi-Fi and private parking on the property.

From the large garden you have a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. In the garden there is the swimming pool (12×6 m), the barbecue and the deckchairs which are at the exclusive disposal of the guests.

Case Poggio is ideal to enjoy the unknown Tuscan nature, to visit the small medieval villages of Garfagnana, to hike in the mountains or to fish or swim at the lake or river.

The holiday house is situated between Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Poggio, the village of Filicaia is only 1 km away, here you will find a small pizzeria/bar where you can have a cappuccino in the morning and a pizza in the evening there or to eat it by the poolside. In less than 10 minutes by car you can reach Lago di Vagli, if you don’t feel like swimming in the pool, you can swim there. Or walk down to the river in less than 10 minutes to swim and discover nature.
