Case Poggio is the ideal holiday home for large families or friends who want to spend their holidays together. It is perfect for those who want to experience nature. Case Poggio is located in a very quiet position, among the mountains of Garfagnana.

The detached stone house is spread over 2 floors, with potentially 4 flats, so there is plenty of privacy between the guests of Case Poggio. Each flat has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, wooden floor and exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, which adds a lot of cosiness to the holiday home. The two flats on the ground floor are connected by a door and the two upper flats are connected by a staircase.

Case Poggio offre abbastanza spazio per 14 ospiti. Al piano terra ci sono 3 camere da letto doppie, 2 cucine completamente attrezzate con camino soggiorno e una terrazza esterna con un grande tavolo da pranzo. Al primo e al secondo piano si accede attraverso un ingresso in cima al giardino. Da lì si arriva alle 4 camere da letto doppie, 2 cucine completamente attrezzate con camino soggiorno e un balcone con un grande tavolo da pranzo. Gli ospiti hanno accesso al Wi-Fi e al parcheggio privato nella proprietà.

From the large garden you have a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. In the garden there is the swimming pool (12×6 m), the barbecue and the deckchairs which are at the exclusive disposal of the guests.

Case Poggio è ideale per godere della sconosciuta natura toscana, per visitare i piccoli borghi medievali della Garfagnana, per fare escursioni in montagna o per pescare o nuotare al lago o al fiume.

The holiday house is situated between Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Poggio, the village of Filicaia is only 1 km away, here you will find a small pizzeria/bar where you can have a cappuccino in the morning and a pizza in the evening there or to eat it by the poolside. In less than 10 minutes by car you can reach Lago di Vagli, if you don’t feel like swimming in the pool, you can swim there. Or walk down to the river in less than 10 minutes to swim and discover nature.
