Agriturismo Corfino is a beautiful farmhouse located under the small village of Corfino. The Farm is located in a beautiful and scenic location; from here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountain ranges of the Apuan Alps, the Apennines and the entire area named Garfagnana. 

Agriturismo Corfino offers an oasis of relaxation for those who just want to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of a landscape where time seems to stand still. For those who want to enjoy the typical and genuine Garfagnana cuisine, or simply relax in the pool while admiring the different light that illuminates the hills and mountains all around. You will have the feeling of really feeling at home. The farm is also populated by numerous animals. Children will go crazy watching cows, rabbits, hens, sheep, horses. Some cats and a nice dog will keep company to the guests.

Agriturismo Corfino offers its guests two types of accommodation: a larger house suitable for up to 7 people and a small alcove for two people.

The largest house, obtained from the structure that once was the old barn, can be reached via a staircase that crosses the garden. As often happens here in Tuscany, the entrance leads directly into the kitchen that has a ‘kitchenette with oven, a comfortable dining table and a colorful sofa, located right in front of the fireplace. From the living area, through a small corridor, you enter the sleeping area where we find 3 spacious bedrooms, very bright and furnished with a rustic style and 2 bathrooms with shower. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen that is used as a summer kitchen. Outside there is a wood oven, barbecue and a table to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors during the warm summer evenings.

The small house of Agriturismo Corfino is derived from what was once the “metato“;  a small building whose use was dedicated to the drying of chestnuts very important for the economy of the families who inhabited the Garfagnana. It is located a few meters from the walled garden on the small road (path) that leads to the village. Inside we find the living room with fireplace, the small but fully equipped kitchen: through a wooden staircase leads to the master bedroom, located on the upper floor where we also find a bathroom with shower. In front of the house there is a small dining table with barbecue.

Agriturismo Corfino offers guests of both houses a beautiful and large swimming pool (12×6 x h 1,40m) with shower and solarium area. At their disposal also a common outdoor area there is an outdoor dining table, where you can have something to eat, admire the sunset or play in the shade.

Agriturismo Corfino is connected to the village by a suggestive path. In the village of Corfino there are two bars and three small grocery stores and three restaurants. In Castelnuovo Garfagnana, which is only 15 km away, there are public services such as hospitals, sports facilities, supermarkets. The area around the Agriturismo offers endless possibilities for excursions for lovers of trekking and nature, from the simplest paths to those for expert mountaineers. Nearby  three beautiful natural parks: The Pania di Corfino with 135 hectares, The Orecchiella with 215 hectares and Lamarossa with 167 hectares.
