The ancient family house Villa al Fiume is closed to one of the oldest villages in Garfagnana San Michele.  is this old Family house.

Builded in 1850 by the Pastor Don Tommaso Guazzelli it was always owned of the same family.

Few years ago, it has been restored using the traditional local materials that hve given to it the beautiful  splendor of the past the past iven if all the modern comforts are available to the guests.

In the whole house and Garden you have Wifi.

Downstairs are the kitchen that has a dishwasher and oven,  a living room with a television,  a room with a big table that give you space to eat all together inside and a room with WC, washing machine and a second (and big) fridge.

On the first floor are 3 sleeping rooms. Two double sleeping rooms and one that can be used like a double bed or two single beds. On the first floor also so two bathroos with shower.

Under the roof is a second living room and two sleeping rooms. From one room you come into the other. One single bed and one bed that is 1,20m large.

The big Garden is completely fenced and private.

There ar two possibilities to eat outside;  on the terrazza of the house or close to the swimming Pool (10×4,80×1,40 m)l where you find an other table.
