La Dolce Vita sul Lago is very idyllically situated above the lake Lago di Vagli, in the Garfagnana. The renovated holiday home is at the end of a small road, not in a village, but there are only a handful of neighbours, most of whom don’t live there all the time. It is surrounded by woods and has a marvelous view of the Lago di Vagli and the Apuan Alps.

La Dolce Vita sul Lago is built on one level and, as is so often the case here in Tuscany, you immediately enter the living area. At the front is the fireplace and the double sofa bed and at the back is the modern kitchen with a 4-ring gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and all kitchen utensils. From the dining table, which seats up to 6 people, you have a wonderful view of the local woods. Through a spacious hallway, where there is a cot and the washing machine, you enter in the night side. Here you will find a twin bedroom with a wonderful view over the lake, a double bedroom and the shower room overlook the terrace of the house.

The large terrace of La Dolce Vita sul Lago is fenced and offers space for a large dining table, a barbecue, and a seating area. The large pool (8×4 m) is private and is only available to guests. The terrace around the pool is ideal for enjoying the breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains.

There is a footpath from the holiday home to the lake and a hiking trail to the village of Careggine. You have to drive about 10 minutes to go shopping. You can eat out either in Vagli, Roggio or Careggine. All three options can be reached in 10/15 minutes by car.

La Dolce Vita sul Lago is the perfect holiday home for those who love nature but also want to relax in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside and live the real Italian life.

Daily price (minimum 4 nights):

June/July/August/Christmas Holidays: 165 €

Half April until end of May / September and half October: 135 €

Rest of the year: 115 €

Pets (per stay/week): 20€

Heating (per stay/week): 40 €

Deposit: 100 €

Payment: 20% of the total amount at the time of booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before.
