Case Popiglio is a beautifully renovated holiday home divided into two flats. The house is completely surrounded by nature with a private pool.

Case Popiglio is situated in a very quiet position from where you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the plain and the village. The two flats, Tramonto and Alba, can be rented separately or together. There is no internal connection between the flats.

Case Popiglio has a 12x6m swimming pool with Roman steps. At the heated swimming pool there are sunbeds and parasols where you can relax and unwind.

Right next to the pool is the orchard. In the lower part of the 12 ha garden of Case Popiglio is a vegetable garden. Everything that is ripe can be picked by the guests. The landlords also bring you fresh eggs from the chickens that also live there.

The owners live on the next property, they have their own driveway and garden. They only come to clean the pool and take care of the garden but are always available if you have questions or need help.

Tramonto

Case Popiglio Tramonto is the lower flat (95 m²), is a single storey basement and can accommodate a total of 6 guests. The large living area with open kitchen is equipped so that it can be used when renting both flats, the table seats 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and a large fireplace. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. From the living area there is a corridor leading to a shower room, a double bedroom and a second double bedroom with its own shower room. There is Wi-Fi, German television, wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue. Tramonto’s very large terrace is covered and there is a dining table and sunbeds available, a private barbecue can be found just outside the terrace.

Alba

Case Popiglio Alba is the upper flat (85 m²), but as the house is situated on a hill, it can be reached without stairs and offers space for 4 guests. You enter the flat directly into the living room. In the front is the well-equipped kitchen with cooker, oven and refrigerator. In the back is the living room with a comfortable sofa and a large fireplace. From there you enter through a hallway into the night part of the holiday home, with two double bedrooms and a shower room. There is Wi-Fi, German TV, wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue. The terrace is covered and overlooks the upper part of the garden and the forest. There is also a dining table and sunbeds here. A private barbecue can be found directly in front of the terrace.

Case Popiglio is only 1 km from Popiglio. It is in the province of Pistoia, one of the Tuscan towns that is quite unknown but still has many monuments and places that are very interesting. Case Popiglio is perfect for those who want to explore the unknown Tuscany but want to be surrounded by nature. This holiday home is perfect for walking, lying by the pool and experiencing nature!
