Casa sui Colli holiday home Leccino is located on the hills and is a little jewel with a fantastic view. The small house is ideal for 2 people but with the sofa bed it can also accommodate 4 people.

Leccino with Susino and Ciliegio, the other holiday homes that can be rented together or separately, belong to the complex Casa sui Colli. The three holiday accommodations share the wonderful pool, which is on the other side of the garden. Here you will find a sunshade, sunbeds and plenty of space on the large wooden terrace.

Leccino has been renovated to a high standard. The lovely little details, like the headboard of the bed, which is an old stable door that was found during the renovation of the main house and then refurbished, give the holiday home a special character. The cottage consists of one large room and a shower room with window. When you enter, on the left side is the small kitchen with 2 hotplates and a small dining table, on the right side the sofa bed and the double bed. For romantic evenings in spring and autumn, just opposite the bed is the open fireplace that warms the room.

Leccino has two private terraces. The terrace directly at the holiday home has a table for eating outside. The terrace in the garden with a breathtaking view serves as an outdoor living room, perfect for relaxing to the sounds of nature.

The garden of Casa sui Colli is 1.5 hectares in total and in the upper part the owners, who live in the main house with dog and cats, have goats.

Casa sui Colli, is away from the main road, the 700m from the partially steep gravel road through an olive grove, allows you to fully immerse yourself in nature. However, the holiday home is also just 5 minutes from the center of Pescia, where there are pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.

Leccino has a strategic position to explore all the sights but also to feel the real Italian life!
