Allodola, a tastefully renovated holiday home, is located near Lucca in the wine region of Montecarlo.

The holiday home is part of a country house which is now divided into three parts. The two outer parts are holiday flats, Allodola and Usignolo. In the centre lives the owner family. There are two driveways with electric gates. The terraces are situated in such a way that you only have a view of the surrounding nature and cannot see the other residents. Allodola is on the outer right side of the house.

Holiday flat Allodola is elegantly and modernly furnished. It has a large living room with an integrated kitchen right at the entrance. A corridor leads to a double bedroom and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.

Directly in front of the holiday flat there is a table and a barbecue to eat outside in the real Italian atmosphere. In the large garden with olive trees is the pool (11.5 x 5.5 m) which is used by both holiday flats. The garden is very large so that everyone can relax outdoors under the olive trees.

Very close to Allodola are some of the wineries of Montecarlo. There you can taste and buy the local wine and olive oil. Some of them also make typical food. You can go for a walk directly from the house and if you want to visit Tuscany, this is an ideal starting point. The motorway access to Altopascio is just a few minutes’ drive away and you can get anywhere quickly. Nevertheless, you are completely in the countryside and far away from the noise of modern life.

In a few words, Allodola is ideal for living, exploring or simply relaxing in Tuscany.
