Usignolo, a tastefully renovated holiday home, is located near Lucca in the wine region of Montecarlo. 

The holiday home is part of a country house which is now divided into three parts. The two outer parts are holiday flats, Usignolo and Allodola. In the centre lives the owner family. There are two driveways with electric gates. The terraces are situated in such a way that you only have a view of the surrounding nature and cannot see the other residents. Usignolo is on the outer left side of the house.

Holiday flat Usignolo is elegantly and modernly furnished. It has a large living room with an integrated kitchen right at the entrance. A corridor leads to the bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and the double bedroom with its own bathroom with shower.

Directly in front of the holiday flat on the covered terrace there is a table and a barbecue for eating outside in the true Italian atmosphere. In the large garden with olive trees is the pool (11.5 x 5.5 m) which is used by both holiday flats. The garden is very large so that everyone can relax outdoors under the olive trees.

Very close to Usignolo are some of the wineries of Montecarlo. There you can taste and buy the local wine and olive oil. Some of them also make typical food. You can go for a walk directly from the house. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is an ideal starting point, in just a few minutes by car you are at the motorway entrance in Altopascio and you can get everywhere quickly. Nevertheless, you are completely in the countryside and far away from the noise of modern life.

In a few words, Usignolo is ideal for living, exploring or simply relaxing in Tuscany.
