Casa Montecarlo is in a fantastic location, just below the village of Montecarlo, immersed in the olive groves.

The holiday home is divided into two apartments, Tramonto and Ulivo, which are not connected to each other. Due to the hillside location, both apartments have their own terrace directly in front of the living area without being able to see each other. As a whole house, Casa Montecarlo can accommodate up to 8 people.

The upper apartment of Casa Montecarlo, Tramonto, is entered directly into the kitchen. This is of high quality and modern. To the left of the kitchen is the living room with a TV, double sofa bed and huge door window onto the private terrace. A small hallway leads from the kitchen, in which the washing machine is located behind a curtain. On the right is the modern shower room and on the left the double bedroom with a 180m wide board and a wardrobe.

Casa Montecarlo is surrounded by nature. Between the olive trees there are two whirlpools so that guests from each apartment can cool off from the heat and relax in nature.

Although the house is all alone in the olive grove, you can walk up a small road in a few minutes to Montecarlo, where you can find everything, you need for daily life and several restaurants and bars are ideal for Tuscan evenings.
