Villa Verdi Evasioni is located near Montecarlo near Lucca and can accommodate 8 people. The holiday home consists of an 18th century farmhouse (300 m²) and a dependence (30 m²). The pool (12×4 m), the 9 hectares of garden and woods are at the exclusive disposal of the guests.
Villa Verdi Evasioni has been completely renovated without losing sight of local traditions. The house has original terracotta floors and original wooden beamed ceilings, and is furnished with antique furniture throughout, without sacrificing modern comforts.
On the ground floor of the cottage is the open plan kitchen and living area with sofas, fireplace, TV and a large table with enough space for 8 guests. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom, a pantry and a guest bathroom.
On the first floor there are three (3) double bedrooms. Each room of Villa Verdi Evasioni has an in suite bathroom (2 bedrooms with shower, 1 bedroom with hydro-massage bath).
The large cellar room with fireplace is ideal for wine tasting. In the cellar there is also a laundry room and a bathroom with shower.
The small annex of Villa Verdi Evasioni is a two-storey building with living area/breakfast kitchen, terrace and double bedroom with bathroom. The living area has a kitchenette, from there you come downstairs to the bedroom. The sleeping area has a double bed with latex mattress and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The position offers a lot of privacy and is accessible via a gravel road all year round. The pool is perfect to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet
Villa Verdi Evasioni is situated on a hill, facing south and overlooking the wooded valley. It is not uncommon to see wild boars, deer or porcupines here and to hear the call of the tawny owl.

Beautiful secluded villa in Tuscany!
This 600 year old property has been beautifully restored with modern amenities while preserving the charm and loveliness. Three air conditioned bedrooms with en suite modern baths made this home comfortable even in the heat of summer. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals – which we enjoyed both in the large dining room and outside underneath the grapevine pergola. The swimming pool is beyond fantastic. This was a secluded oasis during our weeklong stay in Tuscany. The darling town of Montecarlo is nearby as is Lucca.
Highly recommend!!
