“Vigne”, (“The Vineyards”) is ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday and wellness in a structure from the fine detail. Located on the homonymous hill, in a panoramic position, allows you to see both side of the Apuan Alps and the side of the Appennine Tosco Emiliano.
“Vigne” is located in the municipality of Camporgiano, in the homonymous locality, “Le Vigne”, near Isola di Roccarberti, neighboring at the Natural Park of the Apuan Alps, and just minutes from the village Poggio. Altitude: 440 m asl.
Inside the Edron’s Valley, private location, you can spend a relaxing holiday for lovers of mountains and tranquility.
The green paths offer pleasant walks with stunning views of the Apuan Alps and the Appennino Tosco Emiliano.
The park of the house consists of grass on which you can walk in the cool of the many varieties of plants.

The renovation has maintained the style of this area both inside and outside: stone walls, beams and wooden frames.
The house is on three floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. From this level you enter the garden, gazebo side, and the first floor. On the first floor is the main entrance to the municipal road to Roccalberti; a living room with fireplace, satellite TV, a small reading room with window where you can admire the garden and swimming pool. The second floor consists of three rooms: two bedrooms, one with balcony and one with two bunk beds, and a bathroom.
Outside the garden and the swimming pool, a park that extends to the river Edron.
The house can accommodate 6 people.

Ground Floor.
It consists of kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.
This plan is connected to the garden, gazebo side, and the first floor.

First Floor
There is the main entrance on the road to Roccalberti, comprising a living room with fireplace, satellite TV; a small room for reading by the window where you can observe the garden and pool.

Second Floor
It consists of three rooms: two bedrooms, one with balcony and one with two bunk beds and a bathroom.

The pool
The pool is surrounded on four sides with “sandstone” (pietra arenaria) multicolored.

In a corner of the pool, a rock from which the water comes down.
Includes solarium with lounge chairs and gazebo. A bathroom outside the house, serving the pool.

The garden
The garden is on the same floor of the ground floor of the house.
Its extension towards the Edron River consists primarily of trees and very old fruit trees: plum, pear.

The gazebo
The Gazebo is composed from the oven, barbecue with spit(girarrosto), gas cooker, kitchen space and table.
