In the vineyards with a breathtaking view of the Castle of Bolgheri and the typical landscape with cypress Southern Tuscany

The large country house is situated in the country side and  the very nice owner have created a vely place.

On the ground floorof the house are two apartments and a guest room with bathroom.

For children, the house is an ideal holiday home.

However, the large garden invites and even the wood in the front of the house invite to play and explore .

Not far away is a   a lake.

In addition, on the same grounds the “Cassetta”, a detached cottage.

Dogs are welcome.

Inside, a mix of regional antiques and modern elements, invites you to relax and remain.

Each apartment and also the  Cassetta have two double bedrooms, each with shower room and a large living area.

Each unit has a private terrace and private outdoor area of privacy guaranteed.

The gigantic garden is available to all guests.

Whether you want to sit in the shade during the day or in the evening to eat outside. There are, of course, chairs, seating and  dining table.

All apartments have fly screens, underfloor heating and air conditioning.

“Case Marina” is a recommendation for those wanting to enjoy the authentic Tuscany; the sea is just a few minutes away and the most beautiful bays in Tuscany can be found in the vicinity; at the same time you are in the midst of olive groves and vineyards.

Bolgheri is a 5 minute drive away and there are some small typical restaurants. Marina sells you like their excellent olive oil and give you tips which beach is the most beautiful or where it is best to eat.

Info:   The house is located near Bolgheri. There are several hiking trails and many potential cycling. Wine tasting and olive oil tasting in different wineries close by are possible

Distances: Livorno is about 40 min, the sea about 10 min, Florence 70 minutes, Pisa 45 minutes

weekly price (4 person):

Daily rate: 185 €

additional costs:

Cleaning 60 €, linen and towels are included in price. Heating/air condition 8 € per day. Eletricity 0,30 Euro per kwh

Person extra: 10 € per night

Caution: 100 Euro

5% less in June, July and settember for the whole house (cottage, 2 apartments)
