Casa Castiglioncello is on the ground floor of a two-family house.

In front of the front door is a little Garden with dining table and a parasol, where you can have breakfast or sit in the shade during the hot midday hours.

In Casa Castiglioncello you entered directly into the living room, with a double sofa bed, TV (Italian channels), on the left is the kitchen which is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, oven and fridge. Very nice dishes are available, and a large dining table is the focus of the kitchen. A glass door leads to the rear of the apartment. There are two double bedrooms and a Bathroom with shower.

A private parking space is available in the courtyard and in a small room there is a washing machine and a hand basin for washing out bathing suits. A clothesline is also available.

Casa Castiglioncello is only 100m from the beautiful sea from Castiglioncello. You can also walk to all the shops and small restaurants. At Casa Castiglioncello you can live the life of a seaside village.

The apartment is also ideal for visiting a lot of Tuscany in addition to a beach holiday. Pisa is about 40 minutes away, Florence one hour, Bolgheri 40 minutes, Lucca 1 hour
