Casa Vellano

From the house you can easy reach the village of Vellano walking, where you can find a  small groceries and a typical nice local restaurant.

A large and well -finished  garden surrounds the house. It is a sloping garden so  you can sit on one of the many terraces of the ground under the olive trees, or you can relax a while sitting in one of the two terraces of the house.

The beautiful swimming pool (9.50×4.50 meters), furnished with sun beds, will offer you relaxing moments.

An outside staircase lead you in to the house and as it is typical for the tuscan architecture, leads you directly in to the living room. Here you will find a large fireplace and a small oven that make the living room so warm and comfortable.

From here, a door leads to a small reading room, where you can enjoy a relaxing time reading a  good book.
The nice  kitchen  is  well equipped and it  has a nice glass door that leads to the garden. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor you can find  4 bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Three of the four bedrooms are double and one is single.
