Casa 5 Castella is situated on a hill in the Svizzera Pesciatina, with a wonderful view of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The holiday home is in a quiet position with a wonderful view of 5 of the 10 medieval villages of the valley and the nature of the area.

The large private pool, the Sauna and the terrace in front of the house offer space to relax while enjoying the beautiful view.

Inside, a rustic interior invites you to feel comfortable and stay. On the ground floor you will find the well-equipped kitchen, with a table, an oven and a dishwasher. From the kitchen, you come directly to the handicapped accessible bedroom and bathroom on the left side.

The wooden staircase in the kitchen leads to the first floor of Casa 5 Castella, where the sleeping area is located. At the bottom of the stairs is a small stunning living room surrounded by windows that offer beautiful views, here is a sofa bed if you are travelling as a party of five. From here you come to the double bedroom and a shower room.

The covered terrace of Casa 5 Castella can be used at any time of the day. Either during the day to relax in the shade, or in the evening to dine al fresco, even if there is a small summer shower. In the garden there is a saltwater pool with sun loungers and parasol. The holiday home also has a barbecue, a table tennis table and table football.

Casa 5 Castella is located above Pescia, with views over the ten “Castella”, small stone villages built on hills and ridges, making the Svizzera Pesciatina one of the most beautiful areas of the Valdinievole. There are numerous paths from the house, these paths are ideal for pleasant excursions by mountain bike or on foot. But the villages are also easy to reach by car.

Casa 5 Castella is ideal for guests who want to enjoy authentic Tuscany. The holiday home is part of a small Agriturismo, the owners are the neighbors of the holiday home and produce olive oil and honey. The last 500 m of the access road go through the forest and are not paved.
