Casa sui Colli Susino is located on the hills and is a little jewel with a fantastic view. The small house is ideal for 2 people, but with the sofa bed it can also accommodate 4 people.

Susino with Ciliegio and Leccino, the other holiday homes that can be rented together or separately, belong to the complex Casa sui Colli. The three holiday accommodations share the wonderful pool, which is on the other side of the garden. Here you will find a sunshade, sunbeds and plenty of space on the large wooden terrace.

Susino is a flat that is part of the main house. The flat has been renovated to a high standard. The lovely little details give the holiday home a special character. The holiday home consists of a kitchen-living room, a double bedroom and a shower room with window. You can enter from two sides. One entrance is in the bedroom, through a hallway you enter the bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen-living room with sofa bed. From here you come out onto the covered private terrace with a table to eat and relax outside in the shade. Susino also has a barbecue.

The garden of Casa sui Colli is 1.5 ha in total and in the upper part the owners, who live in the main house with dog and cats, have goats.

Casa sui Colli, is away from the main road, the 700m from the partially steep gravel road through an olive grove, allows you to fully immerse yourself in nature. However, the holiday home is also just 5 minutes from the center of Pescia, where there are pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.

Susino has a strategic position to explore all the sights but also to feel the real Italian life!
