Agriturismo Panconesi is located in the Chianti area between Florence and San Gimignano. The property is in the middle of nature, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and cypress avenues.

Agriturismo Panconesi consists of 10 flats with a large outdoor area with pool. The property has a reception that can give you advice, help if needed or you can simply order fresh bread or croissants for breakfast.

Agriturismo Panconesi has stunning views of the surrounding countryside, medieval villages and Tuscan farmhouses. In the garden there is also a large pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, which is available to all guests, but each flat has its own space around the pool. The complex offers its guests a tennis court, a small football field and for the smallest of our guests there is also a playground. Enjoying nature is not difficult at Agriturismo Panconesi and just too inviting!

The flats:

Segatoio – 4 persons + 2 (55 m²) The flat is on the ground floor of the main house. Segatoio has 2 double bedrooms, a double bedroom with shower room and a room with two single beds and a bathroom for the disabled. The living room has a dining area with a sofa bed and a kitchen with a dishwasher. The flat has a private terrace with a dining table.

Stalla – 2 persons + 2 (40 m²) The flat is located on the ground floor of the Panconesi farmhouse. It has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with dining area, sofa bed and kitchen. The private terrace with dining table is directly connected to the kitchen.

Camporaiolo – 4 persons + 2 (55 m²) The flat is on the ground floor and is divided into two floors. On the first floor there is only one bedroom with two single beds and a small shower room. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a shower room and a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed. Right next to the flat is the private terrace with dining table.

Rimessa – 4 persons + 2 (55 m²) The flat is located on the ground floor of the main house of Agriturismo Panconesi. It has a double bedroom with shower room, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room and a kitchen-living room with dishwasher. In front of the flat the private terrace with dining table.

Cantina – 2 persons + 2 (40 m²) The flat is on the ground floor of the Agriturismo Panconesi. Has a double bedroom, a shower room, a living room with dining area, sofa bed and kitchen with dishwasher. The private terrace with dining table is directly connected to the kitchen.

Contadino – 4 persons + 1 (60 m²) The flat is on the first floor of the main house. Contadino has a double bedroom with its own shower room, a bedroom with two single beds a shower room and a large living room-kitchen with dishwasher and sofa bed. Just outside the main entrance is the private gazebo with dining table.

Colombaia – 4 persons + 2 (60 m²) The flat is on the first floor and is divided into two floors. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with shower room, a shower room and a kitchen-living room with sofa bed. The second floor is a turret with a bedroom with two single beds and a breathtaking view, even of the San Gimignano towers. Just outside the main entrance is the private gazebo with dining table.

Granaio – 2 persons + 2 (40 m²) The flat is on the first floor of the main house of Agriturismo Panconesi. Has a double bedroom, a shower room, a living room with dining area, sofa bed and kitchen. Just outside the main entrance is the private gazebo with dining table.

Fienile – 4 persons + 2 (60 m²) The flat is located in the outbuilding of the old barn and is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is the large kitchen-living room with dishwasher, sofa bed and guest WC. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room. Directly from the living room you come to the private terrace with dining table.

Capanna – 4 persons + 2 (60 m²) The flat is located in the outbuilding of the old barn of Agriturismo Panconesi and is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-living room with dishwasher, sofa bed and guest toilet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room. Directly in front of the entrance of the flat you come to the private terrace with dining table.

Agriturismo Panconesi is completely surrounded by greenery and far from the stress and chaos of the big city. The position is strategic to explore all the sights but also to feel the Italian Dolce Vita!
