Agriturismo Chianti is located on the edge of the Chianti region just a few kilometers from Florence. The property is in the middle of nature, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and cypress avenues.

In addition to the 9 apartments, Agriturismo Chianti has also a common room. Breakfast is served here in the morning or you can pick up the bread and croissants you have ordered, drink a cappuccino, or meet for a glass of wine in the evening. In the common room you can meet the owner, who is always available to answer any questions you may have. Here you will also find many books or brochures about the area, the estate’s wines and olive oil can be bought here.

Agriturismo Chianti covers 50 hectares of land where olive oil and wine are produced. In the garden there is also a large pool with loungers and parasols, which is available to all guests. There is also a small playground for the youngest of our guests.

Enjoying nature is not difficult at Agriturismo Chianti and is just too inviting!

The owners give the opportunity to live the land and the Tuscan traditions. They show you how to make their typical products and organize small tastings on request.

The flats:

Frantoio – 7 people (110 m²) The apartment is the largest and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Frantoio has 2 double rooms, one triple room and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub). The large kitchen has space for everyone, there is a fireplace and a dishwasher. The apartment has a private garden area with a gazebo, dining table and loungers in the garden of the Agriturismo Chianti.

Morellino – 5 people (70 m²) The apartment is on the first floor and has one double room and one triple room. The apartment has a living room, a kitchen and a shower bathroom. A private gazebo belongs to the apartment in the garden of the Agriturismo Chianti. A private dining table and loungers are available to guests.

Leccino – 2 people + 1 The apartment is on the ground floor and has a double room, shower bathroom and a kitchen-living room with sofa bed. Directly in front of the apartment is the private terrace with a dining table and loungers.

Pendollino – 5 people The apartment is located on the ground floor of the main house of the Agriturismo Chianti, has a double room, a triple room, a shower bathroom and a kitchen-living room. In front of the apartment is the private terrace with dining table and loungers.

Trebbiano and Malvasia – each 2 people + 1 The two apartments are next to each other in the large old barn on the first floor. Both apartments each have a double room, a sofa bed in the kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment has a private garden area with a dining table and loungers.

Sangiovese – 2 people + 2 The apartment is on the ground floor and is the only one of Agriturismo Chianti handicapped accessible. The double bedroom has its ownbathroom and the second handicapped-accessible bathroom is next to the kitchen-living room, where the double sofa bed is located. Directly in front of the apartment is a large private terrace with a dining table and loungers.

Vinsantaia – 2 people The apartment has the large kitchen-living room with sofa bed and a shower bathroom. Upstairs is the double bedroom.

Olivia – 2 people It’s a one-room apartment. Downstairs are the kitchen-living room with sofa bed and shower bathroom, on the gallery is the double bed.

Vinsantaia and Olivia, are in the small old barn on the edge of Agriturismo Chianti and have a terrace and garden with a view towards Florence. Both apartments go over 2 floors.

In the Agriturismo Chianti it’s possible to rent mountain bikes to go on excursions on the site or to explore the surrounding area. A tennis court and riding stables are just a few kilometers away.

Completely in the green and far away from the stress and chaos of the big city, you can still quickly reach Florence, Arezzo and Siena. The many small towns in the Chianti region also invite you to visit.
