Casale Uliveto is the perfect holiday home for those who want to live Tuscany and for those who have high expectations. The house is surrounded by an olive grove with a private pool.

Casale Uliveto is located in a very quiet position from which you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the plain and the village.

The holiday home is divided into two floors, on the ground floor is the living area and on the ground floor the sleeping area. From the outside terrace you can enter the kitchen (well stocked, the owners also provide 20 capsules for the coffee machine) and living room, from there you also enter a bathroom with shower, a service room with washing machine and dryer and a staircase to the first floor. There is a triple bedroom, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets and there is Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the house.

In the outdoor area of Casale Uliveto there is a barbecue and a pizza oven, perfect for Italian meals outdoors. On the panoramic terrace there is a cosy outdoor table. The pool is in the lower part of the garden. The saltwater pool is 8×4 m and surrounded by sunbeds, umbrellas, and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing.

The garden is an olive grove to experience the real Tuscany. In the lower part live 7 goats, which cannot come into the garden, but can be the perfect adventure friends for our little travellers. Inside the property is also a parking area through an automatic gate for 4 cars, for lowered cars we recommend not to park inside the property but outside, where is also the possibility.

The large garden of Casale Uliveto is completely fenced, therefore also suitable for dogs, on request.

The holiday home is only 1 km from Buti, where you will find a pharmacy, grocery shops, bars and restaurants, while the supermarket is only 5 km away.

Casale Uliveto is perfect for those who want to explore Tuscany but also be surrounded by nature. The position is strategic to explore all the sights but also to feel the real Italian life!
