Casa Umbria is an old renovated mill with two buildings at the end of a private road directly on the river. A small oasis of relaxation.

The holiday home is divided into two. The old mill is the main house and with 4 bedrooms offers enough space for 9 guests. The small ferryman’s house, with 2 bedrooms, offers enough space for 4 guests.

The main house of Casa Umbria is divided into two floors and connected by an internal staircase. On the upper floor there is a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room, two bedrooms: a triple bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom. On the lower floor, from where you also have direct access to the garden, there are two further double bedrooms with a shower room. The covered terrace overlooking the large pool is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The small house has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has its own small terrace with a direct view over the river.

The pool (12x4m) of Casa Umbria is the perfect place to cool off on the hot Italian summer days. The garden is very large and very nice for children and dogs to run around and explore.

The holiday home is nestled in the Umbrian countryside, its central Italian location makes it ideal for exploring the small villages of Umbria as well as southern Tuscany. Casa Umbria is a magical place for a holiday. Perfect to feel like in an old Italian film.
