Casa Cortona is the perfect holiday home for those who want to live Tuscany in a quiet location. The house is in a panoramic position surrounded by a forest with a private pool and fully fenced garden.
The view from Casa Cortona is breathtaking, you can see the whole hill of Cortona, the Valdichiana valley and even Lake Trasimeno.
The holiday home is divided into two floors. From the outside terrace you can enter in the kitchen and living room. From the living room with two sofas, fireplace and a large table, through a long corridor, you reach the well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and part of the sleeping area. The three bedrooms are divided as follows one with a three-quarter size bed and two with two single beds each. From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a double bedroom and a shower room.
Outside Casa Cortona has a barbecue and pizza oven, perfect for al fresco Italian dining. On the panoramic terrace is a cosy outdoor table. The pool is in the lower part of the garden. The pool measures 8×4 m and is surrounded by sunbeds and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing in nature. Within the fully fenced plot of the holiday home there is also a private parking space.
The holiday home is located only a few km from Cortona, where you can find a pharmacy, grocery shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
Casa Cortona is perfect for those who want to explore southern Tuscany but also be surrounded by nature. The position is strategic to visit many small or bigger southern Tuscan towns like: Siena, Montepulciano, Arezzo and Pienza!
