Spacious, welcoming and full of Tuscan charm – the Main House of Villa SoricoLuce is perfect for families or groups of friends. It sits next to the historic church and accommodates up to seven guests.
With three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of them en suite), it offers the right balance between togetherness and privacy.
You enter through the fully equipped kitchen, which opens into a cozy living area with dining space and a comfortable sofa corner. On the same level are two bedrooms, including a triple room. Upstairs, there’s another bedroom with private bathroom.
The interiors blend traditional Tuscan features – wooden beams, terracotta tones, thick stone walls – with modern comfort. Naturally cool in summer and well-heated in the colder months.
Outside the house, the large panoramic terrace invites all guests of the villa to dine together, barbecue, or simply enjoy the views over Pescia and the Tuscan hills.
The garden, wood-fired oven, terraces and the 12×6 m pool are shared among all guests. Around the pool, you’ll find sun loungers, an outdoor sofa and a small pool bar – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The Main House at SoricoLuce is the ideal holiday base for discovering Tuscany at its best – in comfort, privacy, and surrounded by beauty.
