SoricoLuce – A holiday between nature, history and views

SoricoLuce is a special villa above Pescia, in Tuscany. Long ago, this was the site of a medieval fortress. Today, you’ll find a unique holiday home. One of the buildings – a small church from the year 800 – was likely part of the old castle. From here, you can enjoy a stunning view of Pescia, Montecarlo and the Tuscan hills.

Although the villa is in a quiet and private spot, you can reach the centre of Pescia in under 10 minutes – with restaurants, shops, theatre and supermarkets.

Three houses, many possibilities

The villa is made up of three independent buildings. Perfect for families or groups of friends who want to stay together while still having their own space.

La Chiesa Sleeps up to 3 people. On the ground floor, there’s a cosy room with a fireplace. A spiral staircase leads to the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped, and the former church nave is now a beautiful shared space – ideal on cooler days.

La Casa Next to the church. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You enter through the kitchen, then move into the living area and two bedrooms (one has three beds). Upstairs, there’s another bedroom – perfect for 6 guests.

Il Fienile Above the pool, there’s a small, restored barn with a kitchen, dining area and one bedroom upstairs. The private terrace offers views of nature and the pool – great for breakfast or sunset drinks.

Outdoor life

Between the church and the main house is a panoramic terrace with a large dining table and barbecue – perfect for meals, reading or simply enjoying the view.

Two gates lead down to the pool area. On the way, there’s a pizza oven and terrace. Around the pool you’ll find sun loungers, an outdoor sofa and a small pool bar. The whole garden is fenced and filled with olive and fruit trees. Ideal for kids too.
