Villa Cresci – Your Retreat in the Hills of Tuscany

Away from the bustle of busy roads yet conveniently located: Villa Cresci sits on the hills behind Castagneto Carducci, nestled among ancient olive groves and surrounded by the unspoilt nature of the Tuscan Maremma. A gentle breeze, the rustle of leaves, an open view across the green hillside, arrive here and leave everyday life behind.

Spread across several floors, the charming country house is designed with both togetherness and privacy in mind. Ideal for large groups or families travelling together. At the heart of the ground floor, a spacious communal room serves as a shared gathering space for all guests. On either side, two independent apartments each offer their own private entrance, a double bed, a single bed, a kitchen and a shower room, perfect for couples or small families who value their own space.

An exterior staircase leads up to the first floor, where two further apartments await. The larger of the two features an open-plan living and kitchen area, three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single, and one with both a double and a single bed), plus a shower room, making it ideal for larger groups or families. The second apartment has a kitchen, a shower room and a bedroom with a double and a single bed. The two upper apartments can be used independently or connected through an internal door, a flexibility that makes Villa Cresci truly adaptable to every group.

Behind the house, a generous covered terrace invites you to linger, the perfect spot for long evenings with a glass of Tuscan wine. Just a few steps away, a playground for the little ones, a refreshing pool and a large barbecue area await.
