Nestled in peaceful countryside, the house boasts breathtaking views: on one side, the city of Pistoia unfolds before you, with its stunning cathedral standing proudly like a painting; on the other, the lush olive grove stretches out beside the pool area.

The outdoor space is designed as an open-air living room—an oasis of relaxation where you can dine with family and friends or enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the beauty of the landscape. A refreshing small pool (3×4 m) and inviting outdoor sofas make the garden a true haven of comfort.

Inside, the house is spread across three levels:

Ground floor: bright living area with direct garden access and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
Lower floor: a bedroom with a 1.40 m bed and a bathroom with a shower.
First floor: a master bedroom with a 1.60 m bed, a second bedroom with a 1.40 m bed, and a second bathroom with a shower.

With its three cozy bedrooms, the house comfortably accommodates 4-6 guests, offering the perfect combination of style, privacy, and comfort.
