Case Popiglio Tramonto is one of the two flats of the beautifully renovated holiday home. The house is completely surrounded by nature with a common swimming pool between the two flats. Case Popiglio is located in a very quiet position from where you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the plain and the village. The two flats, Tramonto and Alba, can be rented separately or together. There is no internal connection between the flats. Tramonto is the lower flat, is a single-storey basement and can accommodate a total of 6 guests. The large living area with open kitchen is equipped in such a way that it can be used when renting both flats, the table offers space for 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and a large fireplace. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. From the living area there is a corridor leading to a shower room, a double bedroom and a second double bedroom with its own shower room. There is Wi-Fi, German television, wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue. The very large terrace of Tramonto is covered and there is a dining table and sunbeds available, a private barbecue can be found just in front of the terrace. Case Popiglio has a 12x6m swimming pool with Roman steps. At the heated swimming pool there are sunbeds and parasols where you can relax and unwind. Right next to the pool is the orchard. In the lower part of the 12 ha garden of Case Popiglio is a vegetable garden. Everything that is ripe can be picked by the guests. The landlords also bring you fresh eggs from the chickens that also live there. The owners live on the next property, they have their own driveway and garden. They only come to clean the pool and take care of the garden but are always available if you have questions or need help. Case Popiglio is only 1 km from Popiglio. It is in the province of Pistoia, one of the Tuscan towns that is quite unknown but still has many monuments and places that are very interesting. Case Popiglio is perfect for those who want to explore the unknown Tuscany but want to be surrounded by nature. This holiday home is perfect for walking, lying by the pool and experiencing nature!
