Casa Monica is part of a larger property: the other portion is home to the friendly owners, who are available if needed but fully respect your privacy. The rental area is completely independent, with its own entrance and private terrace that opens directly onto a landscape of rolling hills and olive trees.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. The ambience is cosy and welcoming, with terracotta floors, wooden beams, and a rustic charm that reflects the traditional character of Tuscan farmhouses.

Upstairs, the house features two double bedrooms and a second bathroom, perfect for families or groups of up to six people. Every room is bright and tastefully furnished, offering both comfort and a sense of calm after a day of exploration.
