San Gregorio Farmhouse is nestled on a picturesque hill between Chiusi and Chianciano Terme, in the heart of Valdichiana, Siena province. Surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyards, this is an authentic slice of Tuscany – perfect for an unforgettable holiday in Tuscany.

The estate consists of three buildings with six charming apartments, ideal for families, groups, or couples. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a living area, two spacious double bedrooms (which can be arranged as twin beds on request), and two modern bathrooms with showers. Additionally, each accommodation offers a private outdoor space with a dining table and barbecue, allowing you to fully enjoy the Tuscan countryside.

Charming Apartments:

• Casina: A detached house with a completely private garden. Spread over two floors, the ground floor hosts the living area, while the bedrooms are upstairs.
• Lino and Lola: Two mirror-image apartments side by side, boasting breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills and olive groves. Converted from the estate’s old warehouse, they have a garden right in front of the entrance.
• Pina, Poldo, and Stella: Three apartments on the first floor of the main building. While they do not have an adjacent private garden, they offer access to a shared green area just a few steps away.

Natural Pool & Swimming Lake – Pure Relaxation

The natural pool and swimming lake are just a 5-minute walk away (or accessible by car if preferred). Each apartment has its own sunshade and loungers by the pool. The area includes a bathroom, shower, a small kitchen, and a barbecue area. The pool features a shallow area specifically designed for children and is surrounded by untouched nature. The lake is perfect for swimming, boating, or fishing – an ideal choice for a family-friendly holiday in nature.

Culinary Experiences & Local Products

The farmhouse produces high-quality DOCG Chianti wine, extra virgin olive oil, and specialties from the Cinta Senese breed. The pigs roam freely in the estate’s forests, and it’s not uncommon to see them running through the vineyards.

The on-site farm shop offers a variety of homemade products, including fresh vegetables, fruit, wine, olive oil, cured meats, and ham, as well as other regional delicacies. If you prefer not to visit the supermarket (about 3 km away), you can find everything needed for an authentic Tuscan meal right here.

From the shop’s terrace, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the vineyards – the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine.

Activities for the Whole Family

A highlight of the estate is the petting zoo, where goats, sheep, and a donkey are waiting to be cuddled. Families can take part in guided animal feeding tours, offering both children and adults a chance to learn about the farm animals – making San Gregorio the perfect destination for a family-friendly nature holiday.

In autumn, guests can join truffle hunting weeks, exploring the woods with expert truffle hunters. The grape and olive harvests are also unique experiences to enjoy firsthand.
